About Us

We started selling imported Nordic saunas in America as a simple business project in 2022.

As native Finns, we've been enjoying authentic saunas our entire lives.

What we discovered about the sauna industry left us stunned.

Turns out...

Most "Finnish saunas" sold globally are built with lower standards than what any Finnish person would accept in their own home, prioritizing shipping convenience and aesthetics over the authentic experience.

Growing up in Finland, sauna was never just a luxury – it was part of our identity.

We first experienced it before our first birthday, like most Finnish babies.

What makes a true Finnish sauna special isn't fancy lighting or bluetooth speakers – it's the perfect heat distribution, quality materials, and design principles refined over generations.

The difference is like comparing fast food to your grandmother's home cooking – they might share the same name, but the experience is worlds apart.

And that's when our business project transformed into something much more personal – a mission to protect and share an authentic piece of our heritage.

Imagine buying something called "authentic" only to discover locals would never use it themselves.

That's exactly what's happening with most "Finnish saunas" on the market today.

After teaching proper sauna building techniques on our YouTube channel, we kept hearing the same question: "Can you just build us a real Finnish sauna?"

Nobody was willing to create saunas that followed true Finnish standards because they're more expensive to build and don't fit neatly into shipping containers.

But some traditions shouldn't be compromised for convenience.

A proper Finnish sauna isn't just about sweating – it's about the perfect balance of heat, humidity, and comfort that creates a transformative experience.

After 12 months of meticulous development, we created Loyly – saunas built to the exact standards Finns demand for themselves.

We're finally bringing saunas that Finns would actually use into the global marketplace.

The question is: once you've experienced an authentic Finnish sauna, could you ever go back?
